Winter flu vaccine start dates

As advised in the 24/25 Flu letter from NHSE, vaccination for children and pregnant women should start from 1 September 2024.
 
All other flu vaccinations (i.e. adults) will commence 3 October 2024. We are still awaiting JCVI advice on the details of a winter Covid campaign, details will be shared as soon as this becomes available. We suggest practices consider planning for this to run in parallel to the flu programme.
